New Thread Ratings

As you will surely notice during your browsing of the forum.. certain sections allow the rating of threads.
The sections where thread rating is allowed are:  Anime News     General Anime Discussions (including the Tenchi section)     Manga     The Lounge     and Entertainment.
If you do not wish to view the ratings, you can change your theme in your Profile.. options, under Look and layout settings.

Whether mods have purposes or not, I think playing around with settings and adding new features can oneday.. take us to the moon.

Rocket science is not that hard, not to get to the moon.  You don't even need to use GTR, Newtonian mechanics is accurate enough.
